About Me
Garland Fuller
As a first-generation college student and immigrant woman from Belize, Central America raised in a single-parent household, I understand what it means to navigate a culture that is so different from the one you’re experiencing at home.
Helping others succeed
I was fortunate to go to UC Berkeley, however, I knew very little about navigating all things college and had a few mentors along the way who positioned me to so I was able to land an internship.
We do nothing by ourselves and so I’d love to be able to close that knowledge and relationship gap for the next generation of “first, only, and different” folks coming up..

When I started my career in commercial real estate I wasn’t aware that I was walking into a predominantly white male-dominated field and that I’d considered different because of my age, gender, and ethnicity.
I realized the influence I had working with women and people of color interested in growing their careers or transitioning into another aspect of the business, I found my PURPOSE!

Putting my experience to work for you
As a recruiter, interviewing people is how I learn more about their motivations, aspirations, set backs, and their overall career story.
Leveraging this talent, I’m often asked by friends and colleagues for interview preparation advice, what interpersonal connections are key and what they can do to position themselves to find their next opportunity.
I’m now excited to be able to offer these services and more to you!
